2015 Dragonfly Society of the Americas Group Photo

Welcome to the website for the Dragonfly Society of the Americas (DSA). The DSA was founded in 1988 by Odonatologists and dragonfly enthusiasts from the U.S., Canada and Latin America and became officially a not for profit corporation in 2002. On these pages you will find information on the activities of the DSA and its members through the society’s two publications, Argia (News Journal of the DSA) and the Bulletin of American Odonatology (peer-reviewed scientific articles). The society serves all of North, Central and South America. It is open to anyone in the world, however, who has an interest in dragonflies and damselflies. Please consider joining our membership.
