	Location Notes: Nueces River, ca 5 mi N of La Pryor, Zavala Co., Texas. Specimen Notes: Tony Gallucci and I found a B. mendax perched in riverside vegetation along the Nueces River just north of La Pryor, Zavala Co., Texas, on 2 September 2003. I saw this luctuosa with three wings and thought it interesting so I got a photo as it perched at the edge of Lake Somerville. Later I realized the species is not recorded for Lee Co.
