	Location Notes: Creek expsoed for the first July in 2 years; after historic floodwaters dominated the landscape spring/summer 2007. The stream is wholly different than in 2006. Where there was a soft mud bottom, there now is several thousand tons of granite boulders and finer rock sediments making up the substrate. Aquatic vegetation is wholly absent for hundreds of meters where before it was prolific. The shoreline was scoured to the point of small patches of 15-20 trees were wholly destroyed and removed. A small heavily shaded swampy backwater that had attracted several Libellula in Aug 2006, is now a side tributary 40 ft wide and filled in with rock debris (so much so as to allow vehicle traffic).This scene is repeated across at least a half dozen major streams draining Comanche County alone. Specimen Notes: single individual; noted 2 weeks earlier here; this is only the 2nd location for the species in sw. Oklahoma, albeit the same drainage ... several miles upstream from the first location. Decision Notes: None entered

	Location Notes: Medicine Creek at Natural Resources Office, Fort Sill M.R., Comanche County, OK. Specifically, 50 meters downstream from the dam at the Natural Resources Office. Specimen Notes: I am submitting this record as the species presently does not appear on the checklist for Comanche County. However, it was collected at three sites during a recent 2002-04 survey of aquatic insects of Fort Sill jointly by USGS and Colorado State. I'll send along the pdf. With regard to this individual, it was found alight on a leaf of a tree branch overhanging the creek (the only creek with running water in the county this season). This was the only one of the species seen in an impromptu survey of Wichita Mtns odes in August. Decision Notes: None entered
