Record Details
| Species | Archilestes grandis (Great Spreadwing) |
| Specimen Notes | Saw two males occasionally chasing each other over perching sites on a small streamside tree. The river was at low flow, an average of about 2 feet deep, but there had been a major storm a couple weeks earlier, with flows approximately 10-15 feet higher, which moved boulders. This seems like a large, fast stream for this species, so I'm wondering if they were washed down from a smaller stream during the flood. |
